Nosema and Microscopy Course hosted by Malvern & Upton Branch

This is an opportunity for members to bring test samples of their bees along for checking by our branch microscopists as part of the Nosema workshop.

Some of the bees samples which are tested will be projected as images on slides for everyone to see.  In addition we will have microscopes set up so you can view Varroa mites.  Also available there will be slides of bee parts – legs; wings etc for you to have a look at.

All members are welcome and as usual there will be lots of information together with the opportunity to meet each other and have a good chat about bees and what might be a very ‘swarmy’ season.  Teas and coffee will also be available if we can get some volunteers!

The Memorial Hall is on the B4208 Gloucester Road between Hanley Swan and Welland.
